Here is a list of things I will and wont draw. If you're wanting something NSFW please check out my NSFW page instead.I also will not draw characters with very dark colors, my monitor makes them even darker for me and makes artwork with dark colors challenging. Please feel free to DM me on VGen with your reference sheet to check if your oc is too dark!

Terms & conditions

My TOS is subject to change at any time. Commissioners who purchase work from me before a change will not have to abide by new TOS changes.VGen will always provide a copy of the specific TOS the commissioner had agreed to upon purchasing from me.

Usage Rights

...✥ ...I remain the copyright holder of my work.
...✥ ...If you lose the completed piece I cannot guarantee that I will keep a copy of your commission. Please be sure to store it safely.
...✥ ...I retain the right to continue posting my artwork for advertising and portfolio purposes.
...✥ ...You may not edit/use my work unless it's a piece you have commissioned.
...✥ ...If you have purchased a piece, you may edit it however you wish as long as it follows my TOS, but my watermark must remain.
...✥ ...My work is not allowed to be used/edited in a discriminatory way.
...✥ ...Commissioners are free to post the completed artwork on social media as long as I am credited.
...✥ ...My art is never allowed to be used in NFTS, Crypto, or AI.
...✥ ...Usage of my work for profit without being the commissioner alongside paying for commercial usage rights is not allowed.
...✥ ...My commissions by default only include personal usage rights, I do not allow making a profit off of my work without purchasing a commercial usage license.

General Terms

...✥ ...I reserve the right to deny or cancel a commission for any reason, If a commission Is canceled you will be refunded the full purchase amount.
...✥ ...My commissions are not FCFS (First come first serve), If your request gets denied you may submit another.
...✥ ...Anyone purchasing my work must be 18+, I will not do business with minors.
...✥ ...My commissions are "skeb-like", you will not receive WIP images.
...✥ ...Please provide a clear reference sheet, 3D models or heavily shaded references will be rejected.
...✥ ...You may not rehome a character design to a user on my blacklist.
...✥ ...You may not buy artwork from me for a user on my blacklist.

Payment terms

...✥ ...Payment is expected within 10hrs after being approved, unless there is a prior agreement for a payment plan.
...✥ ...If payment is not sent within 10hrs your request will be rejected.
...✥ ...I will not provide holds or payment plans on commission slots.

Refunds

...✥ ... Refunds can only be given if the work isn't completed within the VGen delivery estimate.
...✥ ...If I am ever to receive a chargeback, you will be blacklisted permanently and legal action may be possible.
...✥ ...Refunds are not given for adoptables / premade character designs.

Deadlines and Delivery

...✥ ...Your commission will be completed within the provided delivery date on VGen. (Usually 60 days.)
...✥ ...Completed artwork will be sent to your VGen account or to the email provided in the VGen order.

Commercial Usage

...✥ ...Commercial rights are not automatically included in my work unless otherwise stated.
...✥ ...You may purchase a commercial license during or after purchasing the art or design.
...✥ ...Commercial rights include Streaming/Vtubing/Content creation use, merchandise, or if you plan to sell a fursuit of said character.
...✥ ...Content Creation use includes the following: PNGTubers, VTubers, Stream Pets, Emotes, Alerts, VTubing Accessories, Stream Decorations.

Character Designs

...✥ ...Character designs of any type must be credited to me when shared.
...✥ ...Commissioners are free to edit the completed design, this includes editing the original artwork as long as it follows my TOS and my watermark remains.
...✥ ...Character designs cannot be sold for a higher price than purchased for unless extra value is added on. (e.g, You bought the design for $5, then purchased a piece of art of said design for $10. You may now sell the design for $15.)
...✥ ...If ownership of the design changes, the new owner receives the same personal OR commercial rights the original commissioner had purchased, the new owner may come to me to purchase additional licenses at any time. (The previous owner will no longer own these rights.)
...✥ ...You may not sell alternate designs, fursuits, and "twins", separately from the original character.
...✥ ...Buyers are not allowed to rehome character designs to users on my blacklist

Failure to follow my Terms and Conditions will result in a permanent blacklist or possibly legal action.A TOS is a legally binding contract
